Updated October 2011

I am an Assistant Professor in the
Dept of Economics at Duke
University and Faculty Research Fellow of the NBER.
My recent research covers several areas of empirical Industrial
Organization. Particular interests include:
* the effects of selective entry on auction design and competition
policy
* the effects of horizontal mergers and taxes on product characteristics
* the dynamics of markets for perishable goods
* the estimation of static and dynamic games with multiple equilibria
or selection
